Table Top

collection

Dressing the table for dining has become an art form. Lavish bouquets adorned with Sterling candlesticks, elaborate seasonal vignettes or the singular bud vase at each setting…dining is no longer only about the food, but the visuals. Presentation is not simply what we are served, but how we are served, and on what. Mia Casa Curata is based on the past, the present and the future. Our table collection begins with the basics. Today’s table preparation may simply begin with a cloth. It’s functional, protective and may indeed set the stage for a lovely, initial prep. We offer custom linens for that exact purpose. With our threads sourced in Belgium, out pristine ironed linen covers are sized with a 14” drop and a 3” double flange separated with a border in the color of your choice. For a less formal approach, our placemats, dinner napkins and cocktail napkins are offered in oversized European measurements with items stocked with hand-made border stitching in white, chocolate and steel grey. Custom colors are available as well with a minimum quantity of 24 for each item as well. Again, monogramming is free and customized to your choice. Our exclusive luncheon and dinnerware take old-world classics into the 21st century. Colorful florals, chinoiserie, or period art designs can be found elsewhere, but Mia Casa Curata will always only offer simple, unadulterated classics. And that is black on white. Nothing presents the color of food better. Elegant, chic, simplistic, yet the highest quality of porcelain money can buy. Was this a simple task? No. We searched Portugal, Spain, France and Italy for our vision. It was found in Florence. Our exclusive porcelain is a pristine white that is monogrammed with a centered, single letter and stacked with your desired combination of either a black border or additional monogrammed pieces. Our suggestion is to combine monogrammed chargers with bordered dinner plates, monogrammed salad, bread and dessert plates, and bordered coffee cups and saucers. If clients feel a charger isn’t necessary, so be it. Mia Casa Curata is here to work with you and your needs, never wanting anything more than what you desire. Dishwasher safe, our collection is meant to last generations—to be passed down, to be remembered, to ensure the “legacy” of family, friends, memories and history that will last for decades to come. The older, the better. The more used, the more memories. THIS is why Mia Casa Curata exists!

ORGANIC Cotton

Our organic, Turkish long-staple cotton towels are never under 700 GSM’s, setting the bar for the highest quality available woven for durability, softness and longevity, the ultimate weight for luxury without the fear of being too heavy to easily air fluff after use.

Additionally, Mia Casa Curata understands a towel can serve a variety of uses, other than simply being used to “dry”. Our first three collections can be used daily, but each weave and design is unique, each with a specific goal in mind. The luxurious, soft woven knot for “spa” luxury, the high/low knot for a subtle “massage” texture against the skin and the sportif stripe for “performance absorbency”. Perfect for after workouts, lazy days around the pool or at the beach.

HOME SPA

All are European sized, making our bath, face and hand towels 30% larger than those found in America, providing even more luxury with each piece.

The Mia Casa Curata towel collection is available in only white, and only our massage towel comes with a neutral tinted taupe border stitch that will coordinate with any wood, lacquer, metal or stone used in your bathroom decor.

As with all Mia Casa Curata fine linens, single or double monogrammed lettering is available at no additional charge in a variety of designs and colors.

bath

Personalised

The days of a simple, utilitarian bathroom have ceased to exist. From faucets to sinks, showers to tubs and floors to walls, the contemporary bath has become a space for indulgent luxury. A place of tranquility where cabinetry is now “furniture”, tubs are now art while walls and floors have become canvases for creative patterns utilising marbles, onyx’s, hand-made tiles, mosaics and even hand painted murals. Lighting, be it ceiling or wall, is yet another design element that is typically requested in baths that now rival in size of an average bedroom. Aside from the kitchen, bathrooms, new or renovated, can be the costliest rooms in the home.

Mia Casa Curata’s towel collection is designed with that in mind. With so much planning, time and money spent on the environment, we believe it should be accessorized accordingly. We went to the finest manufactures, worked diligently to redefine the “towel”, and are launching weaves unique in the marketplace. The typical “towel” is automatically assumed to be terry—terrycloth. But not for the designers at Mia Casa Curata.
